Car Sanitising Service By
Solis Panelbeaters

It’s a fact of life that accidents happen, and unfortunately, they can happen to you too! Whether you have just sat your license the other day and are new to driving, or are an experienced driver you likely know this firsthand!

Bumper Repairs Auckland

If this is you, have no fear as you’ve come to the right place! Here at Solis Panelbeaters we have the training and expertise necessary to fix your dents both large and small, with the ultimate goal of making it so that people can’t even tell the vehicle was in a collision in the first place.

We would like to introduce to you a new sanitation service that we are offering to all of our customers, to help fight the war against Covid-19. Using the powerful Microgen D125 disinfectant, we can completely sanitise and sterilise your vehicle, getting rid of any pathogens that may be lingering on its internal or external surfaces.

What is Microgen D125?

Microgen D125 is a disinfectant that has been certified by the US Environmental Protection Agency as being able to kill human coronavirus on all surfaces. It’s also proven to kill over 140 other diseases, from AIDS to MERS and swine flu.

How does it work? Simply put, viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens have negative charges which make up their internal chemistry, while D125 has a positive charge. This positive charge overwhelms their defenses and eliminates them. D125 can also remain on surfaces for up to 7 days, forming a shield that ensures new viruses and pathogens can’t take root.

  • Proven to Kill World’s Most 142+ Bacterias, Fungi and Viruses including SARS, MERS, AIDS, Swine Flu Virus and COVID-19 etc.
  • Light Scent
  • No Synthetic Fragrances, Dyes or Bleach

We will make your vehicle
as safe as possible

While a glaring dent is easy to spot, viral contamination is invisible to the naked eye. If the ongoing pandemic has taught us anything, it’s that unseen things – in this case, the virus – can spread quickly throughout our community. You may have a dent repaired and be beaming with joy as you gaze at your vehicle, which looks like it just rolled out of the dealership, but be unaware a virus has made its base of operations inside your car, just waiting to strike.

It’s certainly possible that the virus could have attached itself to the outside or inside of your car, especially with many experts around the globe claiming it to be an airborne pathogen. Maybe you’ve had people in the vehicle, perhaps without any masks on, who have gone on to cough or even just breathe on internal surfaces. It’s often a bit of a mystery exactly how the disease spreads, but we cannot rule out that cars could act as a sort of vector.

Even if the possibility of contamination is small, a thorough interior vehicle sanitisation, administered by professionals, with an industrial-grade disinfectant is not only peace of mind, but a very vital step in your repair process.

Caution is Important

When fighting Covid-19, we feel that it’s a good idea to take every precaution possible – “better to be safe than sorry,” as the saying goes. Therefore, we encourage you to take advantage of this service so that you can have some peace of mind for you and your family when taking your newly dent-free vehicle home again. As they say, prevention is better than cure.

We are doing our best to help “flatten the curve”
